The presenters over the weekend are showcasing their work to the community as an indication of the undercurrent of the philosophies for Beach Lane and to raise awareness of their own business practices.

Alana Power | Alive Yoga and Wellnes
Introducing our newest Yoga instructor Alana Power! You are invited to experience a free taster session of Alana's classes leading up to her new yoga classes commencing Wednesdays 9.30am and 7.30pm from July 13

Amy Jay | Yoga
Amy is a qualified yoga teacher with over 10 years teaching experience. Amy holds a Diploma in Hatha yoga and teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Pre-natal yoga. She also has a Masters in Nutrition, a special interest in Ayurveda and often combines Ayurveda and Western nutrition and yoga sutras in her teachings. Her classes are for beginner to intermediate students gentle yet strong, with a focus on alignment, breathing practices and meditation to create a harmonious balance between mind, body and soul.
Angela Sorpreso | Belart Workshops
Angela is the founding director and principal designer of Bellaartista Designs and Belart Workshops.

Angela will be presenting a demonstration workshop during our Winter Festival to give you an example of her upcoming workshops at Beach Lane
Barbara Churcher | Psychotherapist
I am a psychotherapist. My job is all about focusing on you, on what troubles you, what excites you, what moves you, what is missing and what you want. My task is to work with you to explore these things and to help make meaning of them. Making meaning with the support of another is what heals.
Blazenka | Core Transformation
Blazenka Krasey has been involved in the Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) community for over 15 years and has extensive experience in the Core Transformation Technique.
She is a qualified Neuro Llinguistic Programming Certified Practitioner with INLPTA and has also been exposed to the teachings of many NLP and Personal Development Teachers such as: Anthony Robbins, Chris Howard, Marvin Oka, Dr. John De Martini, Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy and many others.
Jade de Valle | Adventure PT
Jade was raised on the Mornington Peninsula, camping, surfing and always looking to try new things she is a lover of adventure and body exploration. Julia Matheson | Life Coach

Juliet | Connecting Creativity
Juliet was born in Scotland and studied Fine Art in Edinburgh. She has continued to create in sculpture, drawing and textiles and has been exhibiting her art in galleries across Melbourne since 2007. Juliet is passionate about passing on her artistic skills and knowledge to people of all ages and has been regularly running kids creative art workshops and adult drawing classes for several years.
Kat Soni | Soul Boogie
Kat is a yoga/dance enthusiast with a passion for learning about health, consciousness, and holistic healing modalities.
With a background in dance and sport, Kat has always found solace in exercise and movement. As she grew older, she felt like these practices were not fulfilling her deeper needs. While the rigidity of traditional dance classes and the competitive nature of sport served their purpose, neither of these factors were conducive to free, intuitive movement.
Karen Briggs | Simply Shiatsu
Karen Briggs director of Simply Shiatsu sees clients at Beach Lane on Wednesdays and by special appointment for Shiatsu Treatments.

Shi means finger in Japanese and atsu means pressure. Through the simple, powerful and therapeutic use of touch, the energy and blood flow in your body can be stimulated, to allow the body’s own innate capacity to heal itself.
Karen Williams
Karen hosts Date Night on Saturday night & her Self Love workshop for women on Sunday. Karen has been supporting people to break through their barriers & experience deeper connection for over 15 years. She has learned the critical elements that support feeling truly heard, appreciated, loved & deeply valued. Karen now focuses in the area of helping men & women connect in ways that enhance emotional, mental & physical wellbeing, & expands what is possible in relationships and in life.
Melissa Rowe | Mindful Mamas
Melissa Rowe is the founder of Mindful Mamas and Mama Camp happening this year. Melissa is a mental health social worker, mother, counsellor, lover of nature, maker of things and self nurturer. Melissa has worked for over 14 years as a social worker in Child Protection, Services for Separated families, private practice and as a school counsellor. Through her work with families in crisis, Melissa developed a passion for empowering parents to embrace their natural intuitive parenting ability.
Stewart Robinson | It's Kineasy
Stewart is a highly passionate and powerful Kinesiologist who is inspired and motivated through the human connection he has with the people he works with. He is always blown away from the people that he has the honour and privilege of helping. The depths of his wisdom and Kinesiology knowledge come from real life experiences of his own, things that he has overcome and now shares with all who are wanting to heal themselves organically.
Trish Lehman
Trish completed studies in Counselling, Sexological Bodywork, Boundaries,consent and empowerment, and Tantric Sex specialising in Breathwork.
Trish has successfully practiced in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne and brings to you a practical approach to relationship and sexual issues, delivered in a caring loving way.
Victoria Gelberg | Think Bubbles
Victoria is the founder of Think Bubbles and The Mindful Supper Club.

Victoria Gelberg is an experienced facilitator of meditation and mindfulness practices. She has been working as a teacher for 20 years and in that time has adopted the use of meditation and mindfulness in education settings, in both the UK and Australia.

Victoria currently runs monthly mindful events for families, an introduction to meditation course and The Mindful Supper Club at Beach Lane

The Mindful Supper Club is back on Friday 8th July with a delicious Wintery menu and a night of guided mindful eating and a little petit four of meditation! This evening is also the official launch event of the Beach Lane Winter Festival - three days of celebrating seasonal change and how it is incorporated in our everyday lives.

The Supper Club menu will be a taster session of the new delicious and warming Winter Menu items from The Wholesome Nest cafe.

3D art is a new form of art, it is different and

magnificently tactile, so much fun to work with. 
The Belart 3D workshops allow individuals, whether novice or professional, to experience the 'art form' of polyurethane, working with liquid, powder pigments and resin colours.  

 

The evening will include complimentary glass of wine, antipasto platters, hands on 3D workshop experience with Angela and enjoy her exhibition of 3D artworks.

Stewart is currently running the It's KinEasy  event every second Tuesday at Beach Lane. In which he takes his group through a Kinesiology Balance with and upgrade.

The group take away their own Kineasy Tool Box that they have used and retained in the session, while at the same time receiving more Energy. A calm Nervous System and more from the full effect of a Kinesiology Session.

Stewart joins us again at the Winter Festival and will be taking a group through a similar Balance Session.

Amy will guide you through a flowing vinyasa style practice incorporating breath and movement.

 

The session will commence with an opening mediation then move on to some breath work and to a flowing sequence of postures to build up internal heat and conclude with some deep relaxation. Through out the session the focus will be building heat in the body to keep warm during the winter months. Is suitable for beginner to intermediate participants.
